We work with organizations who inspire us. Hopefully, our projects and partnerships will inspire you, too.

National Forest Foundation

We have partnered with the National Forest Foundation to ensure our nationโ€™s forests stay healthy and vibrant for generations to come.

National forest lands are the foundation of Americaโ€™s outdoor recreation heritage and sustain our way of life. They provide water to millions of Americans in thousands of communities, clean our air, store carbon, and provide timber, minerals, and other resources for industry and communities.

The NFFโ€™s mission inspired us to make a $50,000 commitment in 2023. Ourย donation will focus on three areas of support:

  • Restore five acres of forest in the Tahoe National Forest in California
  • Maintain one mile of trail on the Grand Mesa Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests in Colorado
  • Plant 22,500 trees in National Forests across America

Big city mountaineers

Big City Mountaineersโ€™ programs focus on providing access to the outdoors for youth from communities that have historically lacked equitable access to nature.

By providing free, fully outfitted, and professionally led outdoor and backcountry trips, weโ€™re able to give students ages 8 to 18 the opportunity to connect with nature and reconnect with their strengths, skills, and resilience.

In 2023, Every Man Jack committed $25,000 towards fully funding three youth groups through day hikes, backpacking, and back country exploring. Our staff will also be volunteering to pack supplies, organize gear, and provide support.
